Just over 5 years ago, I was really skinny and not happy with myself. I decided to finally suck it up and get into the gym.
I started at OneBody and spent the first year strictly doing bootcamp classes. Then Niall introduced me into using a barbell and strength training and I fell in love.
Over the past 4 years, I've been working on building up my strength and weight (currently 185 from when I started at 135) and decided this was something I was going to be doing for the rest of my life.
For me, this has been a form of stress relief, happiness and always being able to set and reach my personal goals consistently. One of my goals is to help train people into becoming the best versions of themselves and becoming success in building the right habits not only at the gym, but in life.
