Joshua is a Certified Personal Trainer with Can-Fit Pro, is certified in CPR and is also a NCP Level 1 coach for wrestling. He has competed in several physique completions at the regional and provincial level under the Canadian Physique Alliance. 

Exercise and fitness have always been a big part of Joshua’s life.

"One of my goals is to help train people into becoming the best versions of themselves and becoming success in building the right habits not only at the gym, but in life." 

Jeremie has a passion for fitness that started in his early teens when every day was arm day. His training has since evolved, as has his knowledge in strength training, nutrition and bodybuilding.
